COTE Magazine highlights Rouge Cabosse®, a creation born in Provence from an unexpected encounter between red wine, cocoa, and the world of chocolate.
The article looks back at the origins of Rouge Cabosse®, conceived by Olivier Marotte in Lambesc. His experience as a wine merchant and his background as a chemist led him to explore the aromatic links between wine and cocoa, resulting in a creation crafted from red wine and 100% natural cocoa aromas.
A Provençal creation between wine, cocoa, and chocolate
Rouge Cabosse® is inspired by two particularly rich gastronomic worlds: that of red wine and that of cocoa and chocolate.
The meeting with Frédéric Chanal marked a new stage in the project's development. Together with the Brasserie des Malfaiteurs, work continued on the selection of the wine and the aromatic balance, notably using a protected designation of origin (AOP) Côtes-du-Rhône wine.
The cubic bottle also contributes to this desire to break with traditional wine conventions and offer a creation that is immediately recognizable.
A taste experience between wine and chocolate
COTE Magazine emphasizes the versatility of Rouge Cabosse®. Served chilled, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, paired with foie gras or cheese, but also with certain chocolate desserts.
The combination of red wine and natural cocoa aromas thus creates a bridge between two worlds that gastronomy enthusiasts know well: wine and chocolate.
Rouge Cabosse® can also be enjoyed as a digestif and is aimed at curious consumers looking for new taste experiences.
An original gastronomic gift featuring wine and chocolate
With its cubic bottle and unique identity, Rouge Cabosse® was also designed as an alternative to the traditional wine bottle.
It naturally finds its place in the world of gastronomic gifts, wine, cocoa, and chocolate, both for individuals and for companies wishing to offer an original token of appreciation.
The publication in COTE Magazine thus helps to introduce a different Provençal creation, developed around the pleasure of tasting, gifting, and sharing.
