Return Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee – INNO WINE

At INNO WINE , we strive to ensure an impeccable tasting experience. This policy outlines your rights and our commitments in the event of quality defects, breakage/damage, as well as standard returns.
1) Satisfaction guarantee – Free returns
A bottle is considered non-compliant in the following cases:
- Obvious organoleptic defect: vinegar taste, abnormal oxidation, cork smell, alteration of the expected sensory profile.
- Damage related to packaging: defective cap, leak, breakage or bottle damaged upon delivery.
Proposed solutions (at the customer's choice)
- Full refund , return shipping included.
- Replacement by sending a new bottle.
This warranty covers opened bottles when a genuine defect is found. We reserve the right to limit or refuse the warranty in the event of repeated requests or misuse.
2) Right of withdrawal (14 days – standard returns)
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.
Terms
- Only unopened bottles, in original condition and packaging, are eligible for standard return.
- Proper storage required (away from heat, light and extreme temperature variations).
Exclusions
- Open bottles (excluding defects covered by the satisfaction guarantee).
- Consumed/incomplete boxes, gift cards, specific promotional operations which may exclude return.
3) Return procedure & logistics
- Contact : write to us at contact@rougecabosse.fr indicating the order number, the batch if available, and a description of the problem (photos/video useful in case of damage).
- Validation : we confirm the receipt (satisfaction guarantee or withdrawal) and send, if necessary, a return label.
- Packaging : reuse the original packaging or equivalent, protective cushioning recommended.
- Shipping : Drop off the package according to the instructions provided.

For an item worth > €75, we recommend a tracking or insurance shipping service.
Return costs : covered by INNO WINE for cases covered by the satisfaction guarantee. For a standard return (withdrawal), the costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4) Refunds
After receipt and inspection, we will inform you by email of the approval or refusal of the refund.
If approved, the refund is automatically made to the original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or missing refunds
- Check your bank account.
- Contact the card issuer (possible processing delay).
- Contact your bank.
If the refund still does not appear, write to us: contact@rougecabosse.fr .
Sale items: Unless otherwise stated, only regular priced items are refundable.
5) Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged bottles. If you would like an exchange rather than a refund, please specify this when contacting us by email.
