FAQ
Everything you need to know
Rouge Cabosse®
Red wine with natural cocoa aromas — your questions, our answers.
What does Rouge Cabosse® taste like?
On the palate, Rouge Cabosse® first reveals the structure of a red wine, then gives way to deep natural cocoa notes. The result is long, generous and balanced: the cocoa does not mask the wine, it extends it.
Is it a classic red wine?
No. Rouge Cabosse® is a sensory wine: made from an AOP Côtes-du-Rhône wine, then enhanced with natural cocoa aromas. It is neither an industrial flavoured wine nor a cocktail.
Is the cocoa used natural?
Yes. Rouge Cabosse® is made from grapes and natural cocoa aromas derived from the noblest aromatic elements of the cocoa bean. The recipe contains no colouring or artificial flavouring. It contains sulphites for preservation.
How should Rouge Cabosse® be served?
Serve Rouge Cabosse® chilled, between 10 and 14°C, in a classic wine glass. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with mature cheese, melon, foie gras, selected meats, fruit-based or cocoa/chocolate desserts, and as a digestif.
How long can Rouge Cabosse® be kept?
Store your bottles away from light and heat. In cellar conditions, Rouge Cabosse® can be kept for up to 5 years. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 4 weeks, kept chilled.
Can Rouge Cabosse® be offered as a gift?
Absolutely. Its 50 cl cubic bottle, premium universe and surprise effect make it a memorable gift for any occasion.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on rougecabosse.fr are generally shipped within 48 working hours, with tracking at every stage. For any question, contact us at contact@rougecabosse.fr.
Is Rouge Cabosse® sold through wine merchants?
Yes. Rouge Cabosse® is listed with more than 100 selected partners in France: wine merchants, delicatessens, chocolatiers, cheesemongers, caterers and gastronomic venues.
